Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ko99 platform. This is a legal agreement between you and ko99.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ko99 platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
General Terms
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between ko99 ("Platform", "we", "our") and each registered user ("you", "member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you accept all of these Terms.
1.2 Scope of Services
ko99 operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh, which includes:
- Sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports)
- Live casino games (games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers)
- Slot games (games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and other providers)
- Fishing games and games from other categories
1.3 Language & Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of the ko99 authority shall prevail. If any part of the Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
An active account is required to play games or place bets on ko99. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all accounts will be suspended or closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Age Verification & Identity
3.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the ko99 platform. 21+ This service is available only to those aged 21 or above. Minors will not be permitted to register and it is prohibited by law.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of the account verification process, ko99 may request the following documents at any time:
- Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
Withdrawals may remain on hold if documents are not submitted. Document information will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
Opening or operating an account using a false identity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and the associated balance will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into ko99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
- After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used when depositing into the account.
- Withdrawals will not be processed before KYC verification is complete.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
- ko99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
ko99 takes the utmost precautions to prevent money laundering. If unusual transaction activity is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at ko99, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
- Certain games may be excluded from wagering calculations.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
5.3 General Promotion Terms
ko99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its own discretion. If promotion abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed. A bonus may only be claimed once; reclaiming it from the same family or IP address is prohibited.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
ko99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without stating a reason. Incorrect odds or payouts issued due to a system error will be cancelled. Bets accepted after an event has started may be voided.
6.2 Result Determination
For sports betting, the official result announced by the relevant sports body (such as ICC, FIFA) shall be considered final. For live casino and other games, the game software's log records shall be the deciding factor.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Bonus abuse or systematic bonus harvesting
- Collaborative betting or cartel formation
- Placing bets using software bots or automation
- Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
If such activities are proven, the account will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
7.1 Our Commitment

Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 User Rights
Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be withdrawable before the account is closed, however bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be cancelled.
8.2 ko99's Rights
ko99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found
- If fraud or deception is suspected
- If money laundering is suspected
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period
- If a self-exclusion requested by the member is in effect
Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All content on the ko99 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and designs — is the exclusive property of ko99. Copying, distributing, or modifying these without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9.2 Game Content
Game content available on the platform is the property of the respective game developers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). Any misuse of this content may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Continuity
ko99 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical errors, or external factors. ko99 is not liable for any loss caused as a result.
10.2 Third-Party Liability
